His expertise spans the full energy transition landscape, with recent success developing Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) and New Energy projects including both green and blue hydrogen and ammonia. What distinguishes Greg is his experience leading developments from concept through to execution at giga-project scale, both in Australia and internationally, providing comprehensive insights into delivering game-changing projects across diverse markets and regulatory environments.

With extensive experience spanning both traditional and renewable energy sectors, Steph brings unique insights from her successful Oil & Gas background to the evolving energy landscape. She has delivered projects ranging from $1M to $2B, including project managing multiple 40MW+ solar developments, performing in both client and contractor capacities. This diverse portfolio gives her a distinctive 360-degree perspective on what drives project success across different energy technologies. Steph's leadership approach combines technical excellence with commercial acumen, ensuring our decarbonisation projects are not only environmentally impactful but also economically sustainable. She continues to strengthen her expertise through a Master's Degree in Sustainable and Renewable Energies, demonstrating her commitment to leading at the forefront of the energy transition

Geoff's leadership spans the full project lifecycle, having successfully delivered complex mining and minerals processing projects both in Australia and internationally. His track record includes project development, capital acquisition, operational optimization, and business transformation across diverse commodities and processing technologies. Combining robust technical knowledge with sharp commercial acumen, Geoff excels at navigating the complexities of the resources sector. He brings particular strength in identifying value opportunities, de-risking projects, and ensuring sustainable operational performance. His expertise in both greenfield developments and brownfield expansions positions him to lead our mining and minerals processing portfolio through dynamic market conditions. Andrew is a Chemical/Process engineer with extensive recent experience in Carbon Capture and Storage together with strong history in Oil/Gas/Petroleum/Mining development projects, primarily in project management and project services. He has specialised in developing innovative and cost-effective solutions to engineering, project and business processes. Project management expertise includes Program Management, Project Controls, Cost Engineering, Execution Planning, Quality and Risk Management, Contract Management, Performance Analysis. Specialising in cost and progress management through implementation of several Earned Value Management (EVM) systems. Engineering and design management expertise includes Process Engineering, Control Engineering, Concept Selection, FEED and Detailed Design/Engineering. Hands-on experience across most disciplines associated with project delivery, particularly in mechanical/pipe-work design, instrumentation/electrical (I/E) engineering, and control systems engineering. Andrew is also experienced in shutdown/turnaround planning and management, for both major refinery unit groups and individual facilities. Andrew is an active member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, with a particular interest in emissions. He has presented on carbon emissions at Chemeca 2019 (Sydney), Engineers Australia and Society of Petroleum Engineers (QLD) and the Australian Institute of Energy (NSW). He has also published technical papers on emissions (2020), refinery economics and design optimisation.

As Principal Advisor - Safety and Risk, Thrym brings 35 years of engineering and risk management expertise to safeguard our operations and projects across the entire asset lifecycle. His deep understanding of process safety, technical risk, and operational hazards enables him to provide strategic guidance that protects both people and project value. With extensive experience spanning offshore and onshore oil and gas developments up to $30 billion, Thrym has successfully integrated safety and risk considerations into complex projects from concept through to decommissioning. His track record includes leading risk assessments for critical operational decisions, developing Safety Cases for major facilities, and establishing risk management frameworks that have become industry benchmarks. Thrym's unique strength lies in his ability to bridge technical complexity with practical implementation. Having managed engineering teams of 55+ professionals and overseen high-risk operations including 24,000-tonne float-over installations, he understands risk from both the boardroom and the field. His collaborative approach has earned recognition for transforming safety culture while maintaining project momentum and commercial objectives. As a former Engineering Authority and process safety leader, Thrym combines rigorous technical standards with innovative risk solutions. His expertise encompasses quantitative risk assessment, Safety Case development, process safety management systems, and reputation risk management. He continues to advance industry best practice, having organized international conferences on risk management and led post-incident data analysis for global industry bodies.

Marc brings more than 25 years of engineering and energy transition leadership, combining deep technical expertise with strategic vision to guide large-scale projects from concept through to execution. His background spans geotechnical engineering, project and change management, climate strategy, and renewable energy development—enabling him to deliver solutions that balance commercial outcomes with long-term decarbonisation goals. Marc’s track record includes leading the early-stage development of H2Perth, one of Australia’s largest proposed hydrogen projects, where he oversaw project strategy, governance, approvals, and stakeholder engagement across government, industry, and community. He has also driven corporate climate strategies at board level, securing Paris-aligned emissions targets and embedding climate risk management frameworks within Australia’s largest energy company. His expertise extends across multi-billion-dollar projects in hydrogen, renewables, and offshore infrastructure, reflecting his ability to integrate technical, commercial, and policy perspectives into resilient project delivery. A former geotechnical authority and Director with the Kwinana Industries Council, Marc’s unique strength lies in uniting diverse stakeholders around complex challenges. He has built trusted partnerships with First Nations groups, industry councils, and government agencies, while advancing credible pathways for emissions reduction. With a PhD in offshore wind turbine foundations and extensive executive experience, Marc bridges scientific rigour with pragmatic leadership to advance Australia’s clean energy transition.
